We believe that every person can contribute to society, with the utmost respect for their condition. All our workers have strenghts and skills to develop. Some of them just need a little assistance.
How do you achieve it?
We adapt the production rate, work station, schedule, and interventions and we help our employees based on their individual needs.
Training is adapted based on the strengths and challenges of each person.
CHAP Aubaines has a strong support system and offers regular follow-up to their employees thanks to special educators and external partners.
