The majority of our workers live with a functional limitation, whether it is related to mental health, intellectual disabilities (ID), learning disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), physical limitations, etc.
We believe that every person can contribute to society, with the utmost respect for their condition. All our workers have strenghts and skills to develop. Some of them just need a little assistance.
How does it work?
We adapt production rates, workstations, schedules, and interventions, and supervise workers according to their needs.
Training is tailored to each individual's strengths and challenges.
CHAP Aubaines offers ongoing support and regular follow-ups with workers in collaboration with our specialized staff and external partners.
